Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and for choosing our accommodation for your vacation. We’re grateful for it, and our team will use all comments to keep improving our service. We’d like to clarify a few points. House prices depend on the length of stay, number of guests, and house size. We choose the size and price based on guest numbers so that the stay offers value. Our guesthouse does not give itself a star rating. We focus on serving customers with willingness and professionalism. Soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided. Guests are normally informed before booking or payment, though some may overlook that information. If you need anything during your stay, please tell the property manager so we can help. If we didn’t assist with this issue, it means we weren’t told or asked for help. Regarding the bedding and dust, we don’t have bedspreads. We provide blankets and sheets, which differ in color and material. A sheet is too thin to serve as a warm blanket. Pillowcases are included, and all sheets, blankets, and pillowcases are changed for every guest as a set.

The house is spacious, but it was in the same condition as the previous one. The mattress was very old and dusty, and there were no pillowcases. I found the bedding confusing, and wondered if the mattress cover was meant to be used as a blanket. There was no soap, shampoo, or towels, and the blankets need improvement. For the condition and lack of amenities, the price felt very high.

We were comfortable enough to stay all week, and 10-15 people can fit here. The beach is a three-minute walk away. There’s a pool, a barbecue grill, and a pool table that I especially liked. Downstairs are two large rooms, with a master bedroom upstairs that can sleep several people, plus two separate bunk beds. The big kitchen has a gas stove, rice cooker, cookware, utensils, bowls, and a kettle, so there’s no need to bring supplies. Just pick up shrimp, crab, fish, pork, or chicken and grill or cook what you like. We arrived Saturday and really enjoyed the place.

The kitchen equipment was very clean.
