The option to switch rooms if I wasn't happy was available. I also found the sound of water running in the next room soothing, and slept well because of it.

The room was clean and had all the essentials, and the price was low. It isn't on the beachfront, which is the drawback, though Cha-am beach is only about 5 kilometers away.

It was quiet, but poor value for the money. The air conditioning didn't work, the refrigerator was broken, and the towels were old and worn.
