The room could use some attention: there were lots of mosquitoes and ants, the private pool wasn't as clean as it could've been, and the bathroom had no shelf or rack for toiletries. Getting into Hua Hin town also takes a ride, so we needed Grab or Bolt. Still, we had a lovely stay at Relo The Urban Escape. It's peaceful, right by the beach, with direct access and beautiful sunrises. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even remembered our room number from day one. Breakfast had a good variety and was better than expected. Chomview Seafood is close by for seaside dining, and there are cheap horse rides for kids nearby. A quiet, relaxing spot if you don't mind being away from town.

I didn't like that there was no 7/11 or shop within walking distance, so I rented a motorbike to get into town. With a car, the location might be perfect, and its isolation could be nice for a couple's getaway. The rooms are modern and really cool, the hotel is super clean, and the whole staff is wonderful. Breakfast was so good I'd stay here again for it, especially if I had a rental car on my next Hua Hin trip.

The room was big enough for two, and everyone gave us a warm welcome. The good service started at reception and continued through to the goat restaurant. Great place overall.

We stayed 28 nights in room 404, with its stunning sea view. Watching the sun rise and set over the ocean made the trip special, and the calm atmosphere was lovely for a vacation with someone you love. Miss Fah Panida at the front desk was especially friendly and professional, and looked after us throughout. I really recommend the hotel. Dinner was a little expensive compared with places outside, and we didn't find the quality as good as the outside restaurants.

The only thing I liked was the sea view from our room. The room itself wasn't clean, the bedsheets didn't seem to have been washed properly, and there were ants on several tables. Staff also seemed poorly trained, with no smiles or greetings when passing guests.
