Santorini Park Stay

The room was cozy, and everything was well served. It’s a beautiful place to relax and recharge. Staying here also gets you free entry to Santorini Park, and there’s a free shuttle bus to midtown at night.

I had a pleasant stay. The interior is pretty and colorful, and there’s a cozy playroom, plus a common room where you can help yourself to free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The staff are kind, helpful, and listen to requests. I do think they need more training in product knowledge and English, though I know they’re trying to give their best service. There are no international channels, so TV isn’t much of an option if you don’t understand Thai. Everything else was as good as I expected.

I enjoyed the water park a lot, but the food and drink rules were frustrating. They checked our bag just to look for food and drinks, then once inside we found that most Western options, like burgers and pizza, weren’t available. I wouldn’t mind the restriction if the park had those choices, but without them I don’t see why we couldn’t bring our own. We also had to buy a towel, and the quality was very poor. I’d have been happy to buy one as a holiday keepsake if it had been better quality.

The kids really enjoyed the easy access to Santorini Theme Park and Water park, and they’re hoping to come back. Our room was clean, spacious, and cozy. It was especially heartwarming to walk in and find balloons, a “Happy Birthday” banner, and a birthday present. We were celebrating my daughter’s 15th birthday and had left a note when booking. One downside: there’s no food after 6:30pm, and even the hotel won’t provide any. There’s a nice restaurant about 3km away, but a taxi costs 300Tbh for a two-way trip. You could also pack some food at the theme park before it closes.
