If you want to get away from city noise, this is a peaceful place among rice fields. We heard birds chirping when we arrived to check in, and there are horses, goats, ponies, flamingos, parrots, ducks, a cat and a meerkat around the grounds. The resort has a medium-sized pool and a small restaurant serving food we really liked, at reasonable prices. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Just avoid opening the bathroom window at night, when there are lots of mosquitoes. The room came with a toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, small bottles of shampoo and body wash, hand soap, thick bath towels, a face towel, hair dryer, Nescafe instant coffee, kettle, two free bottles of water, fridge and air conditioner. The AC worked well and got cold. There was also a 50-inch TV with a box and clear channels. We were surprised to find Netflix on it. The WiFi in our room near the hut was weak, only reaching two bars at most. We ordered pizza through lineman, and it was delivered even though the resort is a bit remote. Grab delivery is available too, so you don’t have to worry if you like a late-night snack.
