Our covered parking spot was reserved for us, and the location beside the market was handy. Just remember the market only opens on weekends. The door to our room wouldn't lock when we went out. Staff at the front desk said it worked sometimes, so we had to leave it unlocked. I wasn't worried about security since guests had to pass the desk to get in. There was a strong sewer smell in the hallway, plus another strong odor in the room that I couldn't identify. The outlets were awkwardly placed, including the ones by the bed, which were near the floor. For what it cost, I expected no problems.

The location right by the car park corner worked well. We walked around Tarad Baan Mai, tried a variety of food and Thai desserts, then came back to sit at the hotel's coffee house. It's a cool, pleasant shop, and the coffee was tasty and reasonably priced. Recommended.

It's a very new hotel, and the room was well kept and spotless. The staff were friendly, there's plenty of parking, and Bann Mai market is less than a five-minute walk away. My room faced the road and was pretty noisy. I'm not sure whether there are rooms facing the other way. The back of the hotel is by the BangPaKong river, so a room on that side would probably have a beautiful view. There's no breakfast buffet. You have to choose your breakfast when you check in.
