Casa Bella Phuket

The rooms are roomy and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel has an elevator and offers free bottled water, and the WiFi was fast. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the ladies working there were cheerful and friendly. Still, there were issues: the reception was closed when we arrived at night, although I’d shared our arrival time ahead of time. A bed request confirmed in the Agoda chat wasn’t honored at check-in. The shower drain backed up at the highest water pressure. The walls are very thin, and being on a main road made it extremely noisy.

There were two huge cockroaches under the couch in our room. Staff said this was a normal occurrence, so it seemed like the hotel was infested. We left that night for another hotel, but the owner refused to refund the two nights we didn’t stay. The owner was rude and the staff unhelpful. Avoid it. There are plenty of better hotels without a cockroach problem.

The staff and owners were extremely kind and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. You might hear some traffic at night if your room faces the main road, but we slept without any trouble. I’d recommend it.

I booked at short notice and was able to get a deluxe room. It was spacious and clean, with the basic amenities, and the shower was clean and had hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly, and there’s a laundry service and convenience store nearby. It was a comfortable stay, although traffic noise from the nearby road could be a bit much at night.
