Clean, simple accommodation with no frills, good security, and great staff. The air-conditioned rooms are very affordable, and you can walk to everything you need. If you don’t need a fancy hotel full of services you won’t use, this is a good fit. It also works well for a longer stay in Phuket when you want a safe, secure, clean place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A day without electricity felt like being stuck in a sauna, and the air conditioning costs a lot. There were huge cockroaches, and construction on a new building had started nearby. Getting online was another hassle, with passwords and sniffers. I also had 18 days left that I’d already paid for, but they wouldn’t return that money. It was impossible to live there. Don’t even consider it.
