For 38,000 THB a month, I expected at least a basic level of service and amenities, but the stay fell well short. The gate was frustratingly hard to open, and staff watched me struggle with the key device instead of helping. It made getting into the property a bad start. The cleaners were a bright spot, consistently smiling and friendly. Beyond that, the service felt deceptive: promises made before I signed the contract were later walked back once I was committed. That left me feeling like it was a bait-and-switch. I found the experience deeply disappointing and would advise people to look elsewhere. Between the broken promises, poor service, and lack of genuine customer care, it felt like a waste of money.

We were lucky to have a partial sea view, and the apartment had been fully decorated by the owner with everything we needed for our three-month stay. The two-bedroom layout is a real bargain for a family wanting to explore different parts of Phuket. The rooftop pool was a plus, as were the restaurants downstairs and the International Villa Market shopping center. Our sixth-floor place was very quiet and well located, about 10-15 minutes from Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, and Phuket Town. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay of more than a week at a reasonable price.

The room and view were wonderful, and I had a great time staying in this condo. My problem was Dew at reception. When my friends and I asked her for help, she said no, and we had to sort things out ourselves. She often looked angry and made unpleasant facial expressions toward us and other guests. I hope she learns to be kinder and more helpful in the role. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend asking her for help because you won’t get any.

There’s almost everything you need right next door, and with a scooter or car it’s easy to reach plenty of lovely spots. Public transport isn’t reliable, though, and taxis are very expensive. The location is really good. There’s a well equipped fitness studio and a nice pool included, and the comfort level feels noticeably better than many nearby places. It isn’t the cheapest, especially once extra charges are counted. My apartment in "Tower 2" was clean and comfortable, with a thoughtfully chosen interior. The staff were friendly, and Rainbow especially always tried to find a solution when something came up. There’s constant air conditioner noise from a shopping mall, but it gets quiet at night.

We found it good value, with a nicely decorated apartment and lovely views. The rooftop terrace has a very clean pool, and the shared areas were clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s right at the entrance to a shopping center with a supermarket selling both western and Asian food, plus restaurants.
