For a month-long stay, it’s one of the best deals. Electricity and water are included, there’s a nice pool and gym, and you can rent a bike here for a reasonable price. The owner, Putty, is brilliant and always willing to help. Dogs are welcome too. A really good option.

The location is a real plus: Soi Taied is five minutes away, essentials are nearby, and the prices are appealing. But you get what you pay for. Expect spiders and webs in the room corners, old furniture, terrible Wi-Fi, and the whole building is in poor shape. The bed sheets are always dirty.

I stayed for three weeks, then checked out a week early. They wouldn't return my 5,000 baht deposit because of that. What a rip-off.
