The Blue Mavi Hotel

The hotel is quite far from the beach, and the secluded area feels unsafe to walk in, especially alone at night. Shops on the main road are only a few minutes away, but I still didn't feel safe walking there after dark. The bathtub on the balcony also has no privacy. The balconies are close together, and the view of a construction site makes it feel even more exposed. I doubt many guests use the tub. I hope they add some kind of cover to the balconies. The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and hard to approach. They didn't greet us, and their stern expressions made them seem suspicious of guests, even when handing over a room key. On our first night, the bedding smelled unpleasant, as if it hadn't been changed. Housekeeping wasn't available that late, so we had to put up with it. I complained the next day.

I'm a returning guest and my stays have generally been pleasant. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team deserves credit for keeping them spotless. Apart from one issue this time, the other staff were friendly, attentive and professional, and gave me the kind of service that keeps me coming back. The exception was May at reception. Whenever I asked for help, she seemed moody and sighed, which made me uncomfortable. I look forward to a warm welcome as a returning guest, but her attitude fell short of the professionalism and hospitality I expect from this hotel. The rest of the team were excellent 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

For the price, this is a fantastic hotel. The pool is great, and the spa facilities, including the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and steam room, are perfect. It's spotless throughout, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

A comfortable room and a good place to work make this a great spot for anyone training on fitness street. Special thanks to the staff, who provide impeccable service and always bring a friendly vibe.
