The hostess was so welcoming, and the staff took good care of us. We spent two months here during the 2024-2025 season, and the price was very reasonable. It’s across the road from one of the temple complexes and right by the main street, with amenities within walking distance. The beach is a 10-15 minute motorbike ride away. When we left, they gave us lovely gifts, which was really nice. Such a cozy guesthouse, I’d happily recommend it.

The rooms are very spacious and calm, and it’s right on the main road, so getting around is easy. Check-in is self-service, a bit like AirBnb. A very good hotel.

I booked through bookings from the USA and was happy with the place when we arrived. The entrance is on the side of the building, so keep an eye out for it. I hadn’t expected anyone to come change our seats and clean the room while we were out. We’d left phones, laptops, and other things that could easily have been taken, but nobody touched them. It felt so secure and trustworthy, and we were amazed and grateful.

The older lady who welcomed us and showed us the room was really sweet. We slept great, even though our huge room faced the main road, because we didn’t hear any noise. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. There’s a fridge and a kettle for coffee or boiling water. It’s spacious and has everything I need, so I could live here long-term.

The bed was very firm, and the main road was extremely loud, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper. It’s also a bit out of the way.
