A handy place to pull over and unwind on the way to khon kaen, right beside the road. The room is good for the price.

The rooms are basic but acceptable, and the Wi-Fi worked, though it wasn't great. The tube TV didn't work at all. The room blocks are about 100m from the lobby/cafe, and they're much older and less cared for. The lobby looks nicer than what you find there. Being so close to the highway means there's road noise, and the grounds also look neglected. It's an inexpensive roadside motel. Paying another 100 baht gets you a back door with a 'view', but unless you need somewhere to smoke, I wouldn't say it's worth it.

At 450 baht a night for the cheapest room, this resort was very good value. It was quiet and comfortable, and the coffee shop had free coffee and toast with a view of a little lake. We liked it much more than many other places we'd checked out.

Being right on the main road is the one real plus. It's fine for a rest, but there's nothing around it and finding food for dinner or breakfast is a problem.
