The hotel is in a very good spot for the night walking street, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was rice soup, which was okay, but served at a different location. We had the last room on the ground floor beside the water pump, and you can imagine what that was like. The mattresses seemed as old as the building. The window looked straight at a wall. They made room for our one big bike, so parking for that was okay. I don’t know where groups or cars would park. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

The location is perfect, right by the walking street. The room was just okay, though, and didn’t feel like great value. The shower heater wouldn’t adjust properly and could burn your scalp or skin. Breakfast was Pho from the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is on a side street not far from Walking Street, and I think that’s just as good as staying between Walking Street and the river, where I’ve stayed before. Our room had tiled floors and concrete walls, unlike some of the wooden hotels on Walking Street, so it was reasonably soundproof. The room was clean and had what you’d expect from a hotel. Coffee, Milo and so on were outside in the hall. The bed and bathroom were fine. Parking was limited but workable.
