The green courtyard and traditional Northern Thai breakfast were what first drew me in. Breakfast was hearty and different each day, and I especially appreciated the hostess and housekeeper's warm, attentive care. The owners and housekeeper spoke fluent English and were very hospitable. I loved staying here and would book again in Chiang Mai, though with only four rooms, they fill quickly, so reserve ahead. I stayed four days, but couldn't book the same room for all of them, so I moved rooms. My first room was on the ground floor. I could hear footsteps above, and at night, heavy rain and thunder. When people walked upstairs, I could even feel the building shake a little. I go to bed early, but the mattress was so comfortable that I fell asleep right away and slept wonderfully despite the outside noise. After I moved upstairs, I noticed the traditional wooden houses and thick carpets still couldn't prevent a slight creak when you walked lightly. Most guests were quiet. Although the guesthouse is in the city center, it's tucked into a peaceful alley, with very convenient transport and amenities nearby.

We felt right at home here, thanks to the owner's warmth and help. She made a traditional, authentic Thai breakfast every morning, and even kept our large backpacks for us while we visited other cities, so we could pick them up on our return. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Everyone was welcoming, and the place felt lovely and relaxing. The rooms were spotless. I wasn't feeling well before I arrived, and they took such good care of me, even making food I could manage with my upset stomach. I would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked, so book early! Khàwp khun khâ🙏

We loved sitting in The garden and making tea for ourselves. The homestay feels peaceful and restorative, with a comfortable room, balcony and amazing breakfast. The owners are super friendly, and it's centrally located on a quiet road. We liked it so much we're coming back for a longer stay in a few days. Very highly recommended.

A cosy place to unwind after walking around Chiang Mai, and probably hard to beat for that. It's a small hotel, really more like a house, with four apartments and a lovely host who treats each guest as an individual. The breakfast cooked fresh each morning was just perfect. It's not a party place. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, you might hear a neighbour now and then, though I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't read the reviews. This was one of the warmest, cutest places we've ever stayed.
