The rooms were really, really clean, and breakfast was tasty with fresh fruit. The staff were helpful and the service was great. It wasn't the quietest spot, but quiet hours were respected. The location was very good, and I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was lovely, and the location was great. The rooms are simple but cute, with a proper bed and breakfast feel. The shared areas could use some updating. We did notice repairs underway while we were there, and our visit was in low season.

Queen was so kind and attentive, and we were treated very well throughout our week there. The hotel is small, but tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with typical Thai food. They can arrange laundry pickup and delivery if needed. We paid 350bht for two bags of clothes. Bikes for exploring the city and large umbrellas are free to use. I liked the location, close to the main attractions and good restaurants. The street outside is loud, though, and could bother people with sensitive ears.

I ended up spending more time here than visiting attractions in Chiang Mai because I loved the place so much. It felt safe to me, with a passcode for getting into the house. The host checked in on me, and reception was kind, warm, and welcoming. My bed was comfy, and I had a lovely balcony where I could relax. The location is convenient for restaurants and attractions. There’s a pool and bikes to use, plus a shared fridge for food and extra water, with coffee downstairs. There’s a gym next door, so you can hear Muay Thai training. Some people may not like that, but I enjoy Muay Thai, so it didn’t bother me. My favorite accommodation!
