I booked a room today, but the bathroom smelled really bad and there were three lizards. When I told the manager I wanted to cancel my stay, she said no. The hotel was also very far from downtown Chiang Mai. If you don't want a terrible experience and to lose your money, don't stay here.

I loved the apartment setup, with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. I stayed five nights, and the place was clean and quiet. The staff had a good service attitude, and the view from the upper floors was nice.

The kitchen was very dirty, and the kettle was full of animals. It made me want to throw up. Breakfast was a joke, just one piece of toast per guest, and coffee wasn't included. You had to pay extra for it, and it was expensive.

The pool was just right for hot days, and the coffee was good. It’s a very quiet place with really good WiFi.
