The room felt complete, with hot and cold water and a TV. It was a good size, and the bed was roomy too.

The price was great, and the rooms are spacious enough for a longer stay. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the old town. There’s no pool or gym.

It’s clean and comfortable, and I felt safe there. My neighbours were reasonably quiet too. Nothing exciting or luxurious, though.

It’s handy for the old town and jing jai market, and I think it’s very good value. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and well looked after. I like it.

For a reasonable price, it could be a good option, but smoking and noisy short-term guests are major problems. Even though the rules clearly ban smoking, people smoke weed and tobacco in rooms and on balconies. You can smell it in the corridor and even in your own room.
