BED Phrasingh Hotel - Adults Only

The hotel sits on a little street surrounded by lovely green scenery, and from the moment we arrived it felt warm and welcoming. Breakfast changed each day, and the orange juice was fantastic. Fresh fruit and juices were available anytime, as was cold bottled water with their own label. I also loved that they recycle everything. JP, Henry, and the whole team were wonderful. They were always smiling and checking what they could do to make us happy. We’d read reviews before arriving and found them spot on, but meeting everyone and staying there was even better. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime stay, even after traveling all over the world. Chiang Mai will always have a place in my heart, and I made friends for life. I miss you, JP and Henry, and can’t wait to return. ❤️

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, and it exceeded what I expected. The place is run exceptionally well, with a level of service that really stands out. Whoever is behind it deserves credit. There’s a book called Unreasonable Hospitality, and staying here brought its ideas to mind. I’ll keep the details to myself, but the team clearly cares about guests and pays attention to little things before you even think to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Highly recommended.

A good option in Chiang Mai whether you're here for work or a holiday. It's a clean, modern adults-only hotel from a small chain, with its own distinctive style and vibe. The location is convenient, the WiFi is excellent, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast is a nice extra, as are the drinks, juice, fruit, bottled water, and snacks available in the shared area all day and night. I recommend it.

Water, juice, and fruit are there for guests around the clock, and breakfast brings different Thai flavors each day, with stories to go along with them. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. Henry took care of every detail so we had what we needed, and JP was attentive and genuinely interested. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels while traveling, and the kindness here was outstanding. They seemed to anticipate things we hadn’t even thought of yet.
