Burapa Boutique

We’ve stayed here three times now and will come back again. The family is welcoming and shares their space and fruit. It’s so quiet at night that we sleep with the doors open. Great location too.

Burapa Boutique feels peaceful, tucked into a quiet residential area away from the city bustle. You can see Doi Suthep mountain from the property, and the natural surroundings make it a calming place to relax or meditate. The hotel is clean, well maintained, safe, and family friendly, with shopping centers and a local hospital a short distance away. I loved the mix of modern Thai architecture and chic style, and the attention to detail throughout makes the place visually striking. The staff were warm and accommodating, and their hospitality made me feel at home. I had an exceptional stay from beginning to end. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, stylish, welcoming place in Chiang Mai. It really is a hidden gem.

A lovely place, with big rooms and comfortable, super clean living spaces. The owner is awesome and friendly, and the cleaning lady works incredibly hard. It’s about 1.5 km outside Nimman, in the older upscale area from before ultra modern Nimman Maya. Honestly, it’s more like a home, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for a month. The owner was kind and the staff were so friendly. The location worked perfectly for getting to the Old Town, Nimman, and the malls, and it’s close to local food, cafés, restaurants, and the market. There’s a hotel bicycle you can use to get around. I strongly recommend it.
