Chiangmai Hill Residence

The lobby and restaurant look huge and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of 711, maya, and nimman. For the price, it wasn’t bad, though it wasn’t great either and felt a bit aged. The room and facilities could feel scary if you’re alone. There were many flies, and the echo was a bit loud. Some guests smoked weed, so there was a smell of it.

My friend and I chose this hotel and it was definitely a good choice. We arrived by train from Bangkok much earlier than check-in, but Front Manager Nira got us into our room early. The staff were really welcoming. Thanks again, Nira. 🫶🏼

Maya mall and lots of restaurants are close by, so getting around for food was convenient. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and patient. Ms. Nira and Hom at the front desk were especially helpful. We stayed four nights, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. Everything was great, and I’d stay again on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

The room stayed clean, with fresh sheets and towels provided regularly, and housekeeping was excellent. We spent three lovely days here last October, and the place felt comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff were kind and easy to approach, greeting us warmly each day. We didn’t try the restaurant because we ate outside, but everything else was beyond what we expected. A lovely stay, and I’d recommend it to couples wanting comfort, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
