It’s a beautiful condominium in a quiet spot with a mountain view. Still, I’m disappointed by the lack of transparency. Before we signed the contract, the building administrator didn’t mention that gym use is limited to 45 minutes a day. The notice is only on the gym door, so residents find out after they’ve moved in.
The building is quite old, but it’s been very well maintained. The air is fresh, the area is quiet, and the rooms have genuinely chic views. Pron, the administrator, is always there to help. Thank you!
It’s very quiet at night and in the morning, and there are some lovely coffee shops nearby, including cafe de Oasis.
Lots of nice restaurants around!
