The hotel feels private and quiet even though it’s close to the main attractions. I liked the atmosphere and location, with easy access to restaurants and markets. The room was very spacious, with a small pantry, balcony, and utensils provided, which was thoughtful.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, from Thai food to Western and Japanese. The room was cozy, and the quiet setting made it easy to relax. Staff were cheerful and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile.

The room was kept in meticulous shape and was comfortable throughout. What stood out most was how personal the service felt, from the friendly check-in welcome to the staff's attention and willingness to help. Breakfast was made fresh to order, and they got my bacon nice and crispy. The spacious room had all the conveniences, a comfortable bed, and powerful air conditioning. Large windows on all four walls looked onto a peaceful courtyard. Though just off a busy street, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city. My wife and I were greeted by a soft-spoken man in the gently lit reception area, and the stress of traveling started to fade. It's a newer, modern hotel whose architecture feels considerate of Chiang Mai's culture. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the hotel, and I'll stay here again.
