CREW Hotel

After five weeks and more than a dozen hotels, I can say this place had the best shower. The rooms were spacious, and the whole property was kept impressively clean. The included breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and there was unlimited coffee, tea, and bottled water throughout the day. The location made it easy to get around Old Town, and it was within the pickup area for all our guided tours. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had a 5am start one day, and they packed us a special breakfast so we wouldn't set off hungry. I'd highly recommend Crew in every way. 10/10.

The rooms have plenty of space, but I missed having a closet with drawers for storing my things. The hotel sits on a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk from the night market. Staff were lovely and helped with everything. Breakfast was excellent, and there was free bottled water plus coffee and cookies in the lobby.

The buffet breakfast was superb, with different dishes each morning, and the rooms were comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. It's in a quiet part of town, yet only a short walk from a night market and a supermarket. I'd gladly stay again.

I've travelled a lot, and the reception team here is the best I've dealt with anywhere. The cleaning staff kept everything really clean, breakfast was really, really good, and our spacious room had a shower with nice hot water. Everything deserved five stars. The staff welcomed us so warmly. They make CREW a five-star stay, and that means a lot coming from me. Thank you, CREW.
