Cross Vibe Chiang Mai Decem

Being close to Maya Shopping Mall made the location feel right in the city centre, which was a big part of why I chose this hotel. It lived up to what I expected. The toilet flush button could use fixing, though it's a small issue. Jie and Way at reception were friendly and gave nice service.

We liked borrowing bikes to explore the area, which had lots of local markets. Breakfast had a nice selection of Thai food, and the cocktails were really good and affordable. The room was really nice, and the service and staff were awesome. The one drawback was hearing loud planes, especially at night. The airport is relatively close, though the noise wasn't continuous.

We stayed five days and four nights at Cross Vibes and found it comfortable. The balcony was spacious, with a great view of the neighbourhood and mountains, and the room's roomy layout made it easy to move around. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, and breakfast offered a full range of options. Maya shopping mall, One Nimman, and the lively stretch of eateries and shops were all about a five-minute walk away.

Jee Jee and Taii were so friendly and approachable throughout my visit to CrossVibe Hotel. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, but what really stood out was how they stepped in when I urgently needed help. I had an important presentation one morning and discovered my clicker had died. I needed two AAA batteries, and despite the early hour, they quickly found brand new replacements. Their help saved my presentation. Big thanks to the team for such outstanding service. I highly recommend staying here.
