Ploy made our stay in Chiang Mai really nice. The bamboo huts are cozy and minimal, with a spacious private bathroom, and you can walk to almost anywhere in the city. The shared chill area has a refrigerator, ventilator and microwave. 10/10, I’d come again :)

The rooms are good and it’s a nice place, but the mosquitoes were something else. The owner judges people by color and joins others in gossiping about customers. If you’re black, think again. I’m not going back.

The area is gorgeous, and all the sights are within walking distance. We had a great stay in one of the bamboo bungalows. It was so nice to sleep there, and the room had its own toilet and a warm shower, though it was so hot outside that we didn’t need to turn it on. It’s just right for independent travelers who don’t expect air con or big resort comforts, which is exactly what we like.

Ploy and her family are the nicest people, and the small, cozy place has a unique atmosphere. We enjoyed having a shared area where we could have coffee and chat with other guests or the hosts. They’re glad to help with anything, from booking tours and activities to finding somewhere good to eat. We loved our time here and will definitely return next time we’re in Chiang Mai.

The host was so nice and accommodating. I came to try sleeping in Lannah style after reading the reviews, and the room was small and cozy, just enough for a queen size mattress. Having a bathroom attached to every room was a big plus. In the morning I could hear birds singing and raindrops, which was truly relaxing. A nice place to stay on a trip to Chiangmai.
