We were there for the RSC 2025, which was held at the 700th Anniversary Stadium, so the hotel’s location worked well for us. It is a bit far from the center, though, and also not within walking distance of a convenience store. It would help to have somewhere to heat food, like a microwave. The rooms were clean, and the staff very accommodating. Great value for the price.

I’ll definitely stay again. I liked being a little away from downtown, where it’s quieter, but there are still useful places in walking distance: 7-11, a fresh market with cheap, good local food, a great cafe for breakfast and coffee, and a laundromat. The hotel has a lot going for it, from the helpful reception and beautiful real wood furniture to the EV charger, spacious parking lot, and Thai-style tapas bar accessible from behind the hotel. Rooms are a decent size, cleaned daily, and have a clean, comfortable bed and linens. Air con and hot shower worked properly. Each room has a patio with seating and a wall charge. There’s an elevator, and the simple amenities include a hair dryer, towels, kettle, coffee sachets and slippers. I’d suggest adding a microwave in the common area and a small laundromat.

The hotel looks nice and pretty, and the rooms are basic but priced well. It seems to cater quite a bit to Chinese coach tours, though, and it's a LONG way from central Chiangmai.
