The location was a big plus, about a five-minute walk from Old Town, and I stayed for six days and five nights. Staff were polite and pleasant, and the housekeeper carried my luggage up to the fourth floor and back down, cleaned my room daily, and left fresh cold water bottles in the fridge each day. Breakfast had fruit and a good mix of warm small dishes, with an outdoor spot to eat. My room had a terrace or balcony facing the mountains. There's a pool, though I didn't use it, and a washing machine you can use for free if you buy the powder. They also have a very lazy, cute cat. When I left today, they gave me a small gift. I'd choose this place again when I'm back in Chang Mai.

Set in a small, quiet alley, the hotel is still very close to the main attractions. I liked how the building, rooms, and yard are designed and kept looking appealing. The staff were helpful and nice, and the service and amenities were excellent.

I had one of my best hotel stays in Thailand here, and wish I could give it more than five stars. The single room was great value for money, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help! :)

This is a pleasant, clean, quiet and beautiful spot tucked into the alleys behind the main road. They provide nice slippers for the room, breakfast is included, and there's a charming pool. The problem is the smoking on the seating areas along the balconies on each floor. People smoke there at all hours, and the air gets polluted. It makes it hard to leave your front doors open, so I'd dock a star for that. If you're expecting an American chain hotel, this probably isn't the place for you.

The hotel was clean and affordable, and the location was great. What really mattered to me was Ryan at reception, who helped me through the exhausting process of tracking down my lost phone. As a solo American traveler, that was terrifying, and I'm so grateful for his help. I'm very glad I stayed here.
