iSilver Hotel

We had planned on iWualai, but it was full, so Google reviews led us to iSilver instead. We found out the two hotels are managed together once we arrived. We liked iSilver enough to extend our stay. We started in a ground-floor room with a little courtyard, then switched to a second-floor room with a balcony, which was perfect. The ground-floor room did have a strong musty smell. The hotel was very clean and well equipped, with a swimming pool, and it sits on a quiet street within walking distance of the moat and local markets. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a new menu each day. Bananas and biscuits were left in the lobby all day for snacks. The manager and staff were attentive and friendly.

A great base for exploring Chiang Mai, with the Saturday market easy to reach on foot. The hotel is just outside the old city but still comfortably walkable to it. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole team was friendly and incredibly helpful. Fully recommend it.

We stayed two nights and had the best stay of our whole Thailand trip. They even gave us delicious breakfast for free on all three days, and helped arrange day trips, a SPA, food suggestions, and plenty more. The customer service was the best I've had in years of traveling. Bulan, Lek, Elly, and Phraewa were all so warm and genuinely helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home. A special shout-out to Elly and Lek :D I'd stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the hotel is clean. Breakfast had a nice range of dishes, and the staff were extremely friendly. The one frustrating thing was the tiny closet. There was hardly anywhere to put or hang clothes, just a few hangers.
