The dogs spend the whole day in a small space and aren’t taken for walks. Staff seem to keep an eye on them, but it feels more like a zoo than a proper boarding service when café visitors can just come over and pet your dog. At first, arranging things online went smoothly. Once I got there, though, staff couldn’t speak English and would answer “no” even when they hadn’t understood me. Worse, nobody knew about my dog boarding appointment.

A truly pet-friendly hotel, with clean rooms and lots of facilities for pets. There’s a small glass-enclosed area and a pool. For me, it’s Chiang Mai’s number one hotel for pets.

Our dogs had beds, water bowls, snacks, and a welcome note waiting in the room. The room was clean, without any lingering smells, and the shared areas were tidy, with sanitizing sprays available. We also booked the dog pool and had a great time. The staff are friendly all around, and the on-site cafe has good coffee and cocoa, plus lots of space to relax with your furry companions. There are excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, too. Ketawa is a great pet hotel, and we’ll definitely return.

A real pampering paradise for pets. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. The rooms don’t block much sound, so we heard doors shutting, people using the bathroom at night, and dogs barking. Parking is poorly managed, too. Even though there are four spaces, cars park across the lines and leave room for only two. There’s also no elevator for luggage. It was an extremely bad experience.
