Koko Palm Inn

We spent one night at Koko Palm and really appreciated the way the owner, Ms Koko, looked after her guests. She made us feel comfortable and special. The clean, comfortable rooms are simply furnished and adequately equipped. Cafes and restaurants are nearby, and we enjoyed the cozy feel of our stay.

The location is right in the very center of Chiang Mai, and for great value there's no better place. My partner and I stayed for more than two weeks, and from day one Koko made us feel so welcome and at home. We even missed her when we'd come back late in the evening and couldn't talk with her. She's an amazing person who takes really good care of the place. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, there's fresh water every day, and laundry costs just a few Baht and can be done right outside the room. We're so grateful we found Koko's Palm Inn, and we'll be back soon.

Coming back to a courtyard with cats was one of the best parts of my stay. The rooms open right onto it, and the whole homestay feels warm and welcoming. Koko was a lovely host and made everything feel 10/10. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai. Thanks, Koko!

We came to Thailand for a month of remote work, and Koko’s Homestay made the place feel like home. It’s right in the middle of everything, and our room was really clean. Koko went out of her way to make us comfortable and happy. She’d just adopted some street kittens, so we got to make after-work cuddles part of our routine. She puts so much heart into what she does.
