The owner was lovely to deal with, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I stayed on the top floor in Room 9, the family room, which had three beds and would suit a small group or family. It’s right beside Anusarn Market, in the middle of the Night Bazaar, close to popular food, shopping, and live music. I’ve stayed in hundreds of kinds of accommodation, and I care most about safety, security, comfort, and being near everyday things like shops and ATMs. This place covered all of those. There’s no lift, so stairs may be an issue if you have mobility problems or prefer to avoid them. If you’re coming to experience Chiang Mai, I’d highly recommend staying here.

A very clean, quiet room and friendly staff made for a great guesthouse stay. It’s in the popular Night Bazaar area, with easy transport access and good shopping nearby. Big C for supplies is within walking distance. Good value for solo travellers or families.

The owner is welcoming and pleasant, and speaks fluent English. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well kept, with a really pleasant atmosphere. It’s right in the center of the night market, and the hotel is secure, with entry by key only. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked a room with a balcony, but one wasn’t available when we arrived. It wasn’t a major problem, and I’d still recommend the place. The location is right in the middle of the night market, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had a filter.
