Luxury Condo Nimman, Best Location, Poolsauna

The rooms are nicely done, and the hotel looks great. It’s good value too, and I think it could be a five star place, though a few small things let it down. There were mosquitoes in the room when I checked in, I could see uncollected bin rubbish from my room, and the in-room dining QR code didn’t work. Staff were attentive and kind on most things, but when I asked whether there were vegetarian options and if the restaurant could contact me, I got no response. I’d assumed a high-end hotel restaurant could handle dietary preferences, but without any information it was hard to try.

The pool was great, and the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the welcome and farewell drinks were a thoughtful touch, beautifully presented. The room was good too, though the shutters were stuck to the windows. To get daylight I had to open the shuttered windows and close the regular ones, but those had gaps around the frames, so I worried insects might get in. I wasn’t spending much time in the room anyway. I didn’t get to try breakfast.

We were offered refreshing tea at check-in, and the customer service was great. The rooms are nice and modern, and the location is excellent, close to everything. There is some noise from being so near the airport, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here if you want a prime location.

We felt really looked after at Chino. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the staff cleaned thoroughly every day and set them up for the night, with slippers placed beside the bed. We were greeted with welcome drinks and also given goodbye drinks at checkout. Snacks and fresh fruit were another nice touch, and on our last day they surprised us with afternoon tea and local Thai desserts and fruits. We happened to be there for Loy Krathong, when the hotel put on a memorable celebration with free food and drinks and a traditional Thai dance performance. The staff’s care and attention made the stay special. We can’t recommend Chino enough for its comfort, warmth, and authentic Thai hospitality.
