Ma Muan Budget & Boutique Chiang Mai

The cute room couldn't make up for an uncomfortable stay. Music from the bar/restaurant across the street was loud well past midnight and really bothered us. The water was quite cold, which shouldn't have been an issue so close to the old town and not up in the mountains. Customer service was nearly nonexistent. It could have been pleasant, but it was a letdown. What a pity.

The place looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The room was lovely and clean, with a soft, comfortable bed, and it's near the mall and tourist attractions. I recommend coming with your lover for an extra-sweet stay.

There's a cute little spot in the room to sit and enjoy the view outside, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were sweet and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely come back if I return to chaing mai. If you're on a budget and want somewhere nice, this hotel is for you.

We booked through agoda for the wrong dates and were told the booking was nonrefundable, but when I contacted the hotel directly they changed the dates without charging anything extra. At checkout the receptionist simply took our keys and thanked us without inspecting the room. The service was the best I've experienced in Thailand. The room was very cheap, yet tidy, clean, cozy, and beautiful. It felt unreal.
