The sunset was lovely from Makad Rooftop, even with a big block of flats right in the way 😂. There’s a few flights of stairs to get up there, but my mum, who has mobility issues, managed them slowly. We ordered food and drinks downstairs first. The outdoor space had plenty of room, with tables, chairs, and comfy sofas. The food was fine, what you’d expect for light picky bits, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and watching the sun go down.

A cool breeze and lovely rooftop view made this cafe feel like a little escape. It’s a great spot for a relaxed, intimate chat with your partner. The soulful music in the background added to the fresh, delightful atmosphere.

The rooms are very reasonable for the price, and I met some nice people at the rooftop bar. The owner is super nice and helpful, and really cares about your well-being. Very good value for money.

It’s a pleasant, relaxed place to watch the city sunset from a beautiful rooftop terrace. There’s a wide range of drinks at very good prices, too. A great spot to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.

The hostel is in a perfect area for walking around and exploring the old town of chiang mai. My favourite part was the rooftop, with its comfy vibes and a great view of the stars at night. Coming back after a night out to watch the sunrise is a bookmark-worthy travel moment. Get a soju bucket from the bar too ❤️
