The owner was helpful and accommodating, and there are restaurants, a laundry, a cafe, and a convenience store nearby. The place is in old town Chiangmai and has a working kitchen plus a small rooftop pool. It's a large property that can fit up to 10 people, so it works well for a big group.

The layout is quite unusual, and the villa is amazing, with a swimming pool up on the roof.
