The room itself was nice, but the plumbing needs attention. The tap was so loose that we worried it might break, and we had to ask for toilet paper. If the roll is nearly finished, why not leave a spare in the bathroom? It was also hard to find someone at reception, let alone make ourselves understood. For 70.- a night per person, I expected more from breakfast. They sat us down without asking what we wanted, what we could eat, or whether we had allergies, and then it turned out there wasn’t a choice. I don’t eat animal products, and the only fruit was pineapple, which my friend is allergic to. We ended up with two slices of toast and jam and some tofu.

The ceiling was damp and leaked onto the bed, the bathroom didn’t work, and the door wouldn’t close. The pillows smelled of sweat. Cats kept coming into the rooms whenever they wanted, and one bit me. It might look cute, but it really isn’t.

The room’s size and design were nice, especially the window bay, bathtub, and wooden floor. The staff were good too. The mattress smelled a little, and the AC wasn’t powerful enough during the day. Still, I’d definitely come back.

A cute, well done little boutique hotel with six rooms. The free breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ignore the one-star reviews complaining about vegan dietary restrictions around that breakfast.
