The staff and service were the highlight for me. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and I loved the homemade muffins and snacks each morning. I also enjoyed chatting with the laundry ladies. We felt at home even though we were across the globe from our real one. The rooms were great and always perfectly clean, and the location put us close to everything on a cute, quiet street. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it! ❤️

A charming, quiet spot in the old town, and so well maintained with a lovely sense of taste. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and practical, with lots of light. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were helpful whenever there was a problem. They know Chiang Mai and the region very well. Each morning there was fresh sticky rice from the market, fruit, and a choice of teas and coffees. The people working here are so sweet, a real asset. Highly recommended!

Our triple room was spacious and large, and stayed quiet. It was cleaned every day. There’s a refreshment point with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and free water, plus a nice massage spot right opposite reception. The staff are super friendly and kind. We’ll definitely come again if we travel to Chiang Mai!

Such a gem for a low price. The rooms had everything you’d need, and the cleaning lady and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find a better place at that price.
