We brought the kids on this Chiang Mai trip, and the hotel worked really well for our family. It's modern and easy to get around from, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, good AC, and friendly staff. For the price, I thought it was excellent value, and we'd definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay, and of the three room types I've tried, I find the Deluxe the most comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The AC works so well that I rarely switch it on because I'd freeze, lol. The Deluxe also has a small fridge and a safe. The location is perfect for me: there are ATMs downstairs, a currency exchange, bike and car rental, dry cleaning, and restaurants 10 meters away, plus a 7-11 for daily needs. The front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming, and help with any questions. I'll keep staying here whenever there's a room available.

I had a fantastic three-night stay. Ploy at the front desk was especially attentive and helpful, and all the staff were so nice. The room was very clean, and the location made it easy to walk or take transport around the city, with a 7-11 in the same area.

The staff were fantastic and helped us move our things when we booked two extra days, so we could stay out while switching rooms. That was great service. The hotel itself is nice and centrally located, with a 7-eleven nearby and amazing mango sticky rice available in the evenings. I had a wonderful stay.

A great location, with clean, spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. Service was acceptable. The WiFi needs work: it only worked about half the time, and the TV couldn't connect to YouTube.
