The location worked well for me, near the relatively newly developed part of the city, with a shopping mall, restaurants of different sizes, and a night market close by. The airport isn't far either. It's a simple but decent hotel, with a large room, large bed, and plenty of lights and plugs. Breakfast was good and simple, enough for my morning appetite. I'd call it a perfect city stay if the shower head were a bit higher.
The room is spacious, so it's good value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and served buffet style. The only thing I'd adjust is the shower head, so you can shower standing up instead of squatting. Not too bad.
Month-to-month rentals are available, with a 1 month minimum and a deposit required. The fully furnished units are beautiful, a perfect bachelor pad, and the views are awesome. There's a rooftop swimming pool and bar too. Great value for the money.
We stayed for 2 months, and the location, staff, and apartment were all great. The checkout was the problem. They added 500 bat for cleaning and preparing the room for the next customers. They also gave us a check instead of cash for the deposit, so we had to run to the bank to get our money back before our flight. Set aside about 1 our for checkout.
The rooms were fairly clean and good value, though I did find some ants on the counter. It's relatively close to the airport by taxi or Grab, and near Maya mall. One thing to watch when searching the location: the map points to a building on the main road, but the hotel is actually behind it.
