On Point Hostel

The staff were nice and very helpful. It's a good three-star place, though a little remote, about a 10-minute walk to Chiang Mai gate. The barking dogs were annoying, but that's typical for the area.

We planned on three nights, then added two more because we liked it so much. The staff were among the friendliest we've met and were helpful the whole time. Breakfast at the lovely cafe was absolutely delicious. The rooms had everything we needed, with a nice bathroom and shower and really comfortable beds. We also loved the spacious outdoor garden, with green grass, little ponds, and fruit trees. It's a quiet place where you can relax and feel at home, while still being close to the city center. One of the best places we've stayed, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of stay. Thanks for having us, I'll definitely come again 😊

The gardens are lovely, especially after dark, and the staff were so helpful. I was in room 12, where the air conditioning worked great, the mini fridge was properly cold, and there was a useful desk. You can hear scooters parked outside the window, though I got used to the noise pretty quickly. The shower was warm but the water pressure was low. The beds are very firm, which isn't my preference, though that can be handy in a hot climate. Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast, and I'd definitely get the mango smoothie. Laundry was good and fairly priced. It's a charming three-star hotel that feels like it offers more than that rating suggests.

Such a lovely, peaceful garden in the middle of Chiang Mai city. It feels like an oasis.
