The breakfast was delicious and had options to choose from. The rooms were cute and spacious, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly caring and friendly, always so positive. It's an amazing boutique hotel, with an interior designed around all the little details. If I come back to Chiang Mai, I'll definitely stay here again.

The location is within walking distance of all the downtown spots, and the rooms are good quality with a very good breakfast. The people running ONCE (upon a time) are very, very kind, and we had a very good time with the hosts. Seeing how close it is to the airport on the map might make you hesitate, and the building might too, but it's a very nice place. I certainly recommend it.

For my 42nd birthday, the hotel surprised me during breakfast, which made my day. Thank you all. We'll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it. It's a lovely building with classic decorations throughout, and the lobby is a great spot to surprise a first-time visitor. The rooms are clean and nice, with old Thai style layouts. Best hotel in Chiang Mai.

I loved using the free bicycle service for a great ride around the old city square. Once hotel is in a historical part of town, and the team made me feel like a special VIP guest. A special thank you to everyone for the art partnership. Wishing you all the best 🤍 It's an authentic Thai traditional house, with wooden details and a cozy feel. I had a wonderful stay and a warm welcome from the whole team. My deluxe room had a second level where I could sleep under the roof. Breakfast was huge, so I ate it in two parts and even had some before my flight from CNX.
