The family who runs this guest house were very friendly, and the place was super clean and tidy. Every room has air conditioning. Their little daughter Penny is so cute! There’s a handy rooftop patio with a kitchen and laundry machine if you need them. It’s well placed for exploring Chiang Mai without being in the middle of the touristy streets, right next to the "Iron Bridge," which most locals know if you get lost. I’d definitely come back.
