The staff are what keep bringing me back. They’re kind, humble, and welcoming, and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The service is consistently amazing, and the food is excellent. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Chiang Mai, and it never disappoints. The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. It’s a five-star experience every time, and I highly recommend it for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to return! ❤️

I wish I could have stayed a few more days. The food was so good that my partner loved one dish enough to ask for the recipe 😅. The staff were kind, humble, and helpful, and surprised us by decorating the room for my birthday. It was such a lovely gesture. We had a late flight, so they let us leave our luggage there and freshen up when we came back. I really didn’t want to leave this place. It’s one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, and I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything ❤️

The team made us feel cared for with their warmth and attentiveness, and every meal was a delight for its flavor, presentation, and creativity. A big shoutout to the chef, who is working at a genuinely elite level. Our time at this Chiang Mai property was spectacular, from arrival through checkout. Everything was handled perfectly. We also saw the “Stunning Architecture” heading in the review, though no details followed it. Definitely recommend it, and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed five nights and wished we could have stayed five more. The hotel is a beautiful, quiet boutique oasis just outside the Old Town, so it’s easy to explore and get to the night markets while still having a peaceful place to return to. The pool is gorgeous, the hotel is spotless, and the staff are world-class. Breakfast was phenomenal and the highlight of our mornings. Our stay made the trip unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

The only drawback for me was the walk to the city centre, about 15 minutes, and the shuttle doesn’t run very often. That’s a small price to pay, though. If you can, go to Puripunn! The service is so thoughtful and kind, and the owner personally greets guests at breakfast and takes a real interest in how they’re finding Thailand. You hardly get that kind of personal attention these days. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel, with an extensive buffet and wide range of made-to-order dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. We also had dinner there one night, and the Thai dishes are to die for. The gardens and landscaping are lovely, and the pool is super clean and refreshing, with a warm pool in the middle. Beautiful, tasteful design throughout. Simply amazing in every way.
