This company has several branches, and in my experience they all operate the same way: terribly and irresponsibly. I booked at a branch west of the old city through Agoda. There was no reception when I arrived, and they wanted the check-in and everything else handled virtually for confirmation. It took several minutes to get through when I tried contacting them. They sent me a room code, but when I went in, it was someone else’s room. The lockbox was so easy to open that I could get into another guest’s room just because I had been given the wrong code. What if that happened while I was staying there? It was ridiculous. After the mistake, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes before arranging a room at this branch, where I’m writing this review. I refused to take that room because their handling was so irresponsible. Now that I’ve asked for a refund, they keep telling me to go to this branch. Screw you. I hope your business closes for good. Unsafe, irresponsible, disgusting behavior.

The reception staff were nowhere to be seen. I booked through Agoda, but they said they never got the confirmation, even though Agoda showed otherwise. They wouldn’t take responsibility, so I paid and was still left without a room. Do not book here at all!

The walls have nice paintings, and the room was very clean. Great location too. Highly recommend.

The street noise made it impossible to relax, and the whole stay was disappointing. On arrival, reception was unfriendly and the staff seemed uninterested in our questions. The room was dirty, with dusty furniture and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Breakfast was a disaster, with little choice and food that wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We’d booked five nights, but when we arrived there was no room for us. At 1 a.m. we were wandering around the streets of Chiang Mai, waiting ages to get information from booking.com. Everything was handled by WhatsApp, and we never saw anyone from the hotel. They offered no solution and simply didn’t care. Completely unacceptable. Don’t book here.
