It’s quiet around the hotel, and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was clean and a welcome way to cool off during the day. The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially EM, who also made a delicious breakfast. I’ll definitely come back 🙏🤗🙌🏼

For a budget hotel, this place gives you a lot for the price. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the pool nice, and the location good. I first booked two weeks, then added another two, and ended up extending twice. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout. When our transport couldn’t fit a suitcase, they let me leave it there for a few days, even though I couldn’t say exactly when I’d collect it. I came back after more than two months away, and the staff recognized me right away and remembered things about me. The service has been above and beyond every time. I’d highly recommend it if you’re traveling on a budget.

The nice location and kind people working here couldn’t make up for the room problems. There was a sewer gas smell, the refrigerator froze everything, and the TV didn’t work. The towels smelled awful, and replacements smelled even worse. For the price, this was completely unacceptable.

The service staff were exceptionally friendly, and we got to make our own krathongs at the free Loy Krathong workshop, one of the best parts of our stay. We chose a cheap hotel during Loy Krathong season, so it was actually a good deal. It’s near the old city and food shops, making it easy to get around Chiang Mai. The bathroom wasn’t top tier and there weren’t many sockets, but everything worked.
