We booked the triple room through the ZK Hotel Facebook Fanpage for October 1-3, 2023. The location was good, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Seven Eleven. Sally's breakfast and bakery is right next door, and the breakfast set I tried was reasonably priced. There are only six or seven parking spaces at the hotel, so when I got back after 10 p.m. I had to park along the sidewalk. The bathroom drainage was the main drawback: it flooded after every shower. Otherwise, it was good, and I might stay here again on another trip to Chiang Mai.

The staff were really friendly and let me check in early, so I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes. The room was completely clean, and the building is new. Totally worth it, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Chiang Mai.
