We could walk to almost everywhere from Baan Warabordee Hotel, which made getting around Chiang Rai easy and relaxing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and glad to help. Our room wasn't new, but it was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The quiet nights meant we slept really well, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and clearly prepared with care. A good fit if you value a calm atmosphere, comfort, and genuine hospitality more than luxury.

We keep coming back because it's such a peaceful little oasis on a quiet road in a lovely neighbourhood. Everything in central Chiang Rai is close by. The rooms are clean and basic rather than luxurious, but they're great for the price.

Room 304 had a fantastic view and a beautiful sunset. The hotel turned out to be amazing, even though I wasn't sure what to expect at first. Breakfast was simple but free, which we appreciated, and there were bananas and drinking water available all day. The bathroom is a little dated but works fine, and the room was clean. The bedsheets were sooooo soft 😍👌🏻

We really enjoyed the garden, and the location is great: close enough to walk to the markets and main street, but tucked away somewhere quiet. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with soft pillows at last! The bathroom was large too, and we had two nice terraces with hangers for wet clothes. Recommended ;)

The hotel rooms are a little old, but I found them charming, and everything was very clean. The garden and breakfast area felt like a lovely little oasis. We had a wonderful stay, with really nice staff and great service :)
