The hosts were friendly, efficient, and helpful, and can arrange tours and drivers. Credit card payment is possible with a 5% fee. The only downside for me was the wet shower bathroom. There’s a nearby laundry service for 60THB/1kg, delivered to your room. The location is excellent, close to local restaurants, Chiang Rai bus terminal 1, the night bazaar, and the clock tower. The room is simple but clean, with the basics: A/C, a fridge with two bottles of water, and a decent bed. I highly recommend it as one of the best value places I’ve stayed in Thailand. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. Everyone made us feel welcome, and we got fresh towels and water every day. We rented a motorbike, and the bikes are really good. Highly recommend this place, and I hope we come back :)

The beds were huge and some of the most comfortable we've had on our travels, and there was always hot water in the shower. The women who run the place were really welcoming. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels and daily cleaning. It's right in the center, close to the main bus station. They rent scooters too. A bit pricier than other local places, but ours was brand new and in great shape, with just 250 km on it. We'd recommend staying here.

We only used the scooter rental, and the bikes were in excellent condition. Communication was really good, too. The place is close to the downtown bus terminal. Thanks again for everything. Take a breath and enjoy!
