The staff made us feel really welcome, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was extremely clean and had a very comfortable bed. We booked a room listed as having no window, so finding small, narrow windows that let in natural light was a lovely surprise. The restaurant food was really good too. We spent three great days here, and it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Thailand. We'd come back if we get the chance.

The pool is beautifully designed, and the room was great, with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good too. I'm just sad my stay was so short. I loved this hotel so much, I'd give it 1000 out of 10! If I get the chance, I'll come back and stay here all day and all night. 100% RECOMMENDED!

At Nai Ya Hotel, the breakfast labeling was especially helpful: every item was clearly marked halal or non-halal, so eating felt comfortable and stress-free. The food selection was delicious and well organized, and I could enjoy it with confidence. That thoughtful detail shows respect for guests from different backgrounds. The hospitality was excellent, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a considerate, well-managed stay.

The staff were really nice, and the spacious, clean rooms had good bathrooms. There's a big pool and a convenient gym, with great value for money overall. The location is also very good. It's about a 10 minute walk from the real center, far enough away to avoid the noise but close enough to head in whenever you like, even just for a drink. No complaints at all!

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. The garden butterflies were lovely to watch, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is clean and well kept, with quick, excellent service. It’s peaceful, yet shops, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Probably one of the best hotels in central Chiang Rai.
